Policies

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. A confirmation will be sent to your email once your order has been processed.
Shipping Policy:
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. 
Return Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges. If the item was damaged upon arrival, we ask that you photograph the item and send an email to yallacandlecompany@gmail.com within two days of receipt of the item. We will replace any items that were received damaged.
